You need to deliver on your promise of offering your customers a replacement rental vehicle on a 24-hour, 7-day per week basis. We will deliver a replacement vehicle to your customer within 2 – 3 hours excluding remote rural areas, where every effort will be made to supply a vehicle within 8 hours.
Forget long waits on the phone and being transferred to different people. You only have to deal with one person – we appoint a single representative to each of our clients. Your dedicated representative will manage everyone involved in the rental vehicle process on your behalf, including your customer, the rental agency, the vehicle repair agent and your roadside assistance service provider.
At a fixed monthly premium for each of your customers, we will carry all the risk associated with your replacement vehicle rental offering. As another option, you can carry all the risk and we will invoice vehicle rentals as they occur.
